Our Story...

Once upon a time there were two sisters from a near by land... They were very creative, they loved to bake, sew and had a wonderful passion for crafts.  One day one of their relatives became very ill and had to be hospitalized.  They decided to send flowers, as most relatives do.  Well, a month later, the family member had to go back into the hospital. They questioned each other, what do we do, send flowers again?

This is when Wish Upon A “CAKE” was born.

The sisters decided that they had to send this very special person something extra special, so they found her a beautiful robe, cozy slippers, a book and some marvelous body lotion.  All the things to show her that she was thought of, loved and wished only the very best.  They wrapped it in a way so it looked just like a “CAKE”.  She absolutely loved it!  At first she thought it was another edible get well gift.  She had previously received cookies and fruit, nut baskets, and most of which had just gone to waste.  She showed the “CAKE” to all of her friends and they all admired it.  She enjoyed looking at it and did not take it apart for three months.

Since this was such a tremendous success, they realized that people across the land could be ready for this great alternative to sending flowers or edible food baskets.  They decided to make the “CAKES” for all occasions.  The cakes are made of useful items, such as throws, towels, ladies' and mens' pajamas, baby items, etc.  and are wrapped to look like “CAKES”.  They are a different and unique gift idea for bridal and baby showers, birthdays, get well, housewarming, hostess, wedding and anniversary celebrations.

Since they began 18 months ago, the demand for their “CAKES” has been overwhelming.
They would like to thank all of their loyal family, friends and customers who have been such a driving force, encouraging them to create this web site.

Only the best quality “ingredients” are used in each “CAKE” and each one is made by hand.  Good wishes and thoughts go into every gift that’s sent.  They hope you enjoy sending and receiving the “CAKES ” as much as they do creating them.
